Lawns Cool and Soothe

Lawns rest the eyes and provide cool spots on summer nights. They also provide soft areas to sit or lie on, as well as play areas for children or pets.

Good landscapers know how to use space well, and if you’re not going to xeriscape, lawn areas are an excellent use of space that can draw the eyes to other landscape or architectural features.

Use Space Effectively
A frequent mistake that homeowners and even some professionals make is that they leave open soil areas. In Utah’s climate, these areas quickly dry and become grey and impart an unkempt look and feel to one’s landscaping. Sometimes, people try to cover these bare patches with mulch, be they organic or otherwise. But often the best remedy is to install turf or plant grass seed, effectively increasing the lawn area and beautifying one’s landscaping.

Good Lawns mean Good Maintenance
A good lawn requires careful maintenance, and careful maintenance means proper irrigation, the application of appropriate nutrients, and possibly other services such as aeration, depending on your particular lawn. We have turf maintenance personnel to keep your lawn in tip top shape, and, if you like, we can even install putting greens for you.
